Welcome to Linkway Commerce LLC.
These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Linkway Commerce LLC (“Linkway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of linkwayglobe.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
Linkway Commerce LLC operates this store and website. Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about orders, payments, shipping, returns, warranties, limitations of liability, and other legal rights and obligations.
By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
To access certain features or purchase products, you may be asked to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and lawfully provided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been accessed or used without authorization.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person without our prior written permission.
We may refuse service, suspend access, or close an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their features, specifications, dimensions, compatibility, and colors.
However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, manufacturing variation, or the specific iPad model selected.
Minor visual differences that do not materially affect product function are not necessarily defects.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, and included accessories may be updated when reasonably necessary. Any update will not reduce rights relating to an order already accepted by us.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product, limit available quantities, or restrict sales to particular persons, geographic regions, or jurisdictions, subject to applicable law.
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and confirmed by us.
iPad keyboard cases are designed for specific iPad dimensions, camera positions, button layouts, and connector locations.
You are responsible for selecting the product option that matches your exact iPad model.
You can check your iPad information by opening Settings → General → About and reviewing the Model Name or Model Number.
If you are uncertain about compatibility, you should contact support@linkwayglobe.com before ordering so that we can assist with model selection.
Compatibility guidance is based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for an incorrect recommendation resulting from incomplete or inaccurate device information supplied by you.
Product features and connection methods vary. Some keyboards connect through Bluetooth, while compatible direct-connection models may connect without Bluetooth pairing. You should review the individual product description before purchasing.
Apple, iPad, iPadOS, and Apple Pencil are trademarks of Apple Inc. Linkway Commerce LLC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
An automated order confirmation only confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin fulfillment, or ship the order, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment authorization problems
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Shipping restrictions
• Quantity limitations
• Violations of these Terms
If we decline or cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, color, iPad model, quantity, billing details, and shipping address.
To request a change or cancellation, contact support@linkwayglobe.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you purchased the wrong iPad model, an eligible product may be returned under our Returns, Refunds & Limited Warranty Policy. You may then place a new order for the correct model.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products sold through the Services are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, TAXES, PROMOTIONS, AND BILLING
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Services are in United States dollars.
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Any applicable shipping charge, optional expedited charge, sales tax, or other order charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
Applicable sales taxes may be calculated based on the shipping address, billing information, product type, and legal requirements.
Promotional offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, product limitations, or other conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• Promotions cannot be combined.
• Promotions have no cash value.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.
• Refunds are based on the amount actually paid.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, payment, billing, and account information.
You represent and warrant that:
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• The payment information is accurate and complete.
• Charges associated with your order will be honored by the payment provider.
• You will pay all valid amounts shown at checkout.
Payment processing may be performed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to payment transactions.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
Orders are fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse.
Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
After shipment, estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days.
The total estimated period from order confirmation to delivery is generally 4–7 business days, including processing.
Delivery and processing times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
• Severe weather
• Carrier disruptions
• High-volume periods
• Public holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• Access restrictions at the delivery location
• Other unexpected transportation or fulfillment events
If we become aware that we cannot ship your order within the stated or otherwise promised timeframe, we will contact you with information about the delay, a revised estimate where available, and the options required by applicable law.
Where applicable, you may choose to accept the revised timeframe or cancel the affected unshipped order and receive a refund.
After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Carrier tracking systems may require up to 24–48 hours after shipment to display updated information.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact support@linkwayglobe.com as soon as possible to request an address correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
Title and risk of loss generally pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, features, and functionality—including text, graphics, logos, icons, product photography, videos, website designs, layouts, and software—are owned by or licensed to Linkway Commerce LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.
Unless we provide prior written permission, you may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or publicly display protected website content
• Modify or create derivative works from protected content
• Download or store substantial portions of the Services
• Use our content to create competing product listings or websites
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or branding
• Use our content in advertising, resale listings, or commercial materials
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property except for the limited right to access the Services in accordance with these Terms.
“Linkway,” related logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans may be trademarks or protected branding of Linkway Commerce LLC or its licensors.
Shopify’s names, trademarks, logos, products, and services belong to Shopify.
Other names, logos, products, services, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, or services operated by third parties.
We may not monitor or control these tools and do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or performance.
Third-party tools may be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to the limitations permitted by applicable law.
Your use of third-party tools is at your discretion and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies established by the applicable provider.
You should review the relevant third-party terms before using an optional tool.
We may introduce new features, tools, applications, or resources. Unless otherwise stated, these additions form part of the Services and are subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites, resources, applications, or content operated by third parties.
A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse, sponsor, control, or guarantee the third-party content or service.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party websites or for their accuracy, availability, security, products, services, policies, or practices.
Accessing a third-party website is at your discretion.
Before entering into a transaction with a third party, you should review its terms, privacy policy, return policy, and other relevant conditions.
Questions or disputes regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the applicable third party.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Linkway Commerce LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Linkway Commerce LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Linkway Commerce LLC and is not responsible for product descriptions, fulfillment, shipping, returns, warranties, customer service, or other aspects of transactions between you and Linkway Commerce LLC.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising solely from purchases and transactions between you and Linkway Commerce LLC.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services to provide, secure, maintain, and improve its platform and associated services.
Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and to service providers that assist us with payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, communications, fulfillment, shipping, and other business operations.
Some service providers may process information in countries other than the country or state where you reside.

You retain any ownership rights you otherwise hold in your Feedback.
You represent and warrant that:
• You own the Feedback or have permission to submit it.
• Your Feedback is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have disclosed any payment, free product, discount, or other incentive connected with the Feedback.
• Your Feedback does not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Your Feedback does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Your Feedback does not contain malware or harmful code.
We are not required to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it, publish it, or respond to it.
We may moderate, edit, decline, or remove Feedback that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You may not submit a review using a false identity, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your relationship with a product or business.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to matters such as:
• Product descriptions
• Compatibility information
• Images
• Prices
• Promotions
• Availability
• Shipping charges
• Processing or transit estimates
We may correct inaccurate information and update the Services without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order you have already submitted, we may contact you to explain the error and provide available options, which may include accepting corrected information or canceling the affected order for a refund.
Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a person has violated these Terms, misused the Services, threatened platform security, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
SECTION 14 — AUTOMATED AGENTS
This section applies if you use, permit, enable, or deploy an automated or semi-automated software service to access, use, or interact with the Services.
An “Agent” means software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, a person or organization.
Agents must not access or interact with the Services after we have instructed the Agent or its operator to stop.
We may use technical measures to limit or control whether and how Agents access the Services.
Agents must:
• Identify themselves as automated agents where technically requested or required
• Accurately identify the Agent in relevant request information
• Not conceal or misrepresent automated activity as human activity
• Not circumvent CAPTCHAs, rate limits, access controls, or protective measures
• Respond truthfully to reasonable requests to identify automated activity
• Follow applicable technical instructions and access restrictions
• Comply with these Terms and applicable law
We may block or restrict Agents that fail to meet these requirements.
SECTION 15 — SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary because of:
• A violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Abuse of the Services
• Security threats
• Nonpayment
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Discontinuation of the Services
Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination, including valid payment obligations.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, warranty limitations, limitation of liability, indemnification, severability, governing law, and dispute-related obligations.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Information made available through the Services is provided for general product and shopping purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, error-free, or continuously available.
Products purchased directly from linkwayglobe.com are subject to the One-Year Limited Warranty described in our Returns, Refunds & Limited Warranty Policy.
The One-Year Limited Warranty begins on the date of delivery and is subject to the coverage requirements, claim procedures, exclusions, and remedies stated in that policy.
Nothing in these Terms replaces, cancels, or reduces that express limited warranty.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Except for:
• The express One-Year Limited Warranty
• Any express product commitment stated at the time of purchase
• Any warranty or consumer right imposed by applicable law
the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties or conditions relating to the Services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, durability, and non-infringement.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations. In those locations, the limitations in this section apply only to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Linkway Commerce LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the Services or products purchased through them.
This may include, where legally permitted:
• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Lost business opportunities
• Lost savings
• Loss of data
• Replacement costs
• Interruption of business or device use
These limitations apply regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, warranty, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or another legal theory and whether or not the possibility of such damages was disclosed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a specific product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Willful misconduct
• Liability that cannot legally be excluded
• Mandatory consumer remedies
• Personal injury or other loss where applicable law prohibits limitation
Some states or jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those locations, this section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkway Commerce LLC, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising directly from:
• Your material breach of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized conduct by you
This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim resulted from our own negligence, misconduct, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnified claim where practicable.
You agree to provide reasonable cooperation in the defense of such a claim.
We will not enter into a settlement that imposes a non-monetary obligation or admission of wrongdoing on you without your reasonable consent.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Any unenforceable portion will be treated as severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies and operating rules expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Linkway Commerce LLC regarding use of the Services.
They supersede prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements concerning the same subject matter.
If a conflict exists between these Terms and a product-specific written commitment, promotion term, or policy, the more specific term will control for that particular issue unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any ambiguity will be interpreted fairly and not automatically against either party solely because one party drafted the provision.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change in ownership, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
Any attempted assignment that violates this section is void to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and disputes arising from or relating to the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your state of residence.
Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Wyoming.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a claim in another court where applicable law permits or requires that claim to be heard.

Changes generally apply from the date stated in the updated Terms and do not retroactively reduce rights relating to completed purchases.
